1987
Born in New Haven.
I was a unique kid. Growing up in a divorced household, I was always trying to find my footing. I found it mostly in my imagination.
1999
National Silver Gloves Champion
Boxing was a big part of my childhood. The training, the fights, and the people I met, they molded my character. I learned many life lessons in the ring and the gym.
2005
I started making videos
In high school I took my first video class. The first time I ever connected a mini-DV camcorder to iMovie, I was hooked. I was making videos everywhere I went.
2007
I joined the Air National Guard
I was a little lost after high school. I found direction, purpose, and discipline in the Air Force. I loved it, but I regretted joining the Guard instead of going full-time active duty.
2008
I became a Doorman
The front door of Shrine nightclub taught me more about negotiation, communication, and business than I ever learned in school.
2009
I met a girl
I checked her ID on her 21st birthday. It took me a little while, but I made her like me.
2010
I married that girl
We were young, broke, with no plans, but none of that mattered. We had no idea what we were doing with our lives, but we decided to figure it out together.
2013
Pararescue Indoc in Texas
I left the Guard for active duty Air Force and went to Pararescue Indoc. I was injured and washed out of training, but the year I spent at the training squadron showed me what humans are capable of. It helped me realize how much more I was capable of.
2015
New Baby, New Life
I was mowing lawns and driving Uber while taking real estate classes. I didn't know how I was going to make it, but for some reason I knew I was going to.
2002
Two starts. Two no-hitters.
My first two varsity starts as a freshman: back-to-back no-hitters. I'm still the only person I know of who's done that.
2025
10,000 Agents
A 10,000-agent revenue-share organization was a major accomplishment after everything I'd been through. I was able to celebrate it by telling my story at our annual conference in front of 3,000 agents.
2022
We Launched REVB
Katie Day and I hosted our first Real Estate Video Blueprint for 200 agents in Houston, Texas. This was the start of the podcast, community, and events we run today.
2020
I started over at Real.
After building a successful real estate business and revenue-share organization, I started over at Real Broker. Real had about 1,000 agents and was open in 22 states.
2019
We Built a Real Estate Business
Phon and I helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes. Helping people navigate the process was some of the most fulfilling work we've done.

Pursuit of Impact
I spend my days developing training for agents, speaking on stages, hosting events, and helping build our mortgage company. But mostly, I want to leave a positive impact. Hopefully a few people's lives are better for what we're working on.
